This wall lamp was made in collaboration with Haeghen for our brand new Totem collection: a Folks exclusive!
A magnificent light sculpture made of superimposed, hand-modeled sandstone slabs.
The stoneware plates are modeled by hand to give them their wavy appearance, rendering each wall lamp unique. The sizes and shapes of the superimposed stoneware pieces vary depending on the modeling.
More than a simple wall lamp, this piece is a real light sculpture that will stand out on your walls. It encapsulates what we love about Amandine’s work: her sensitivity to irregularities and the Japanese concept of Wabi Sabi. Amandine works without a lathe and shapes all her creations by hand to make them truly unique. She also loves to work with enamel effects, which are an inexhaustible source of inspiration and creation for her. Time-consuming and delicate work.

Amande Haeghen
We came across Amandine’s ceramics on Instagram when we first launched Folks. We wasted no time visiting her studio in Paris in order to discover her beautiful pieces in person. Her sensibility for irregularities and the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi immediately won us over.
