Botchio lamp

This lamp was made in collaboration with Pia for our brand new Totem collection: a Folks exclusive! A combination of brass and sandstone, this Botchio light sculpture diffuses a very warm ambient light.
A piece to add to your collection without further ado!
These lamps were designed exclusively for Folks and are made entirely by hand in a Parisian workshop. The main brass structure is hand-welded, and the natural stoneware rings are modeled by hand and fixed onto the brass structure. A luminous globe is placed inside the brass tube to diffuse a very warm ambient light.
These lamps are true light sculptures. Switched off, they look like totem sculptures, turned on, they diffuse a subdued light that will warm your home.
This exclusive lighting collection reflects the spirit of Folks allied to the beautiful work of artist Pia Chevalier. We wanted to create pieces hand in hand with our designers in order to create an exclusive, themed collection: the Totem Collection.
Pia, who mainly works with brass, steel and ceramics, chose to create for the first time a piece combining brass and stoneware, where enamelled white sandstone rings hug a main brass structure. A luminous globe then sits inside the brass structure, diffusing a very subtle light. A light sculpture to add to your collection without further delay!

Pia Chevalier
Working with ceramics, brass and steel, Pia Chevalier dreams up pieces that bridge the gap between everyday objects and works of art. Her sculptural creations will provide an artistic touch to your interiors. As part of her creative process, she is mindful of the idea that her pieces will evolve over time, depending on how they are used and the particular patina that their materials take on, embracing the flaws of her chosen mediums and their tendency to degrade.
