The MDLRZ workshop was founded by Maud Laronze, architect and graduate of ENSA Grenoble. Her design style is inspired by that of Peter Rice, which allows us to perceive, through the finished object, the trace of the craftsman who made it. Each object is made either by the workshop or in collaboration with an artisan.
For Folks, she created a series of “eternal objects”, or an ensemble of small, timeless and immortal objects able to travel throughout the ages.

Atelier MDLRZ
Atelier MDLRZ was founded by Maud Laronze, an architect who graduated from ENSA Grenoble. The studio’s design work is inspired by Peter Rice’s “hand of man” concept, which allows one to see a visible trace of the artisan in the final product. Every object is made either in studio or in collaboration with a specialized craftsperson.
