Atelier MDLRZ was founded by Maud Laronze, an architect who graduated from ENSA Grenoble. The studio’s design work is inspired by Peter Rice’s “hand of man” concept, which allows one to see a visible trace of the artisan in the final product. Every object is made either in studio or in collaboration with a specialized craftsperson.

She created the series of “eternal objects” for Folks, imagined as an ensemble of small, timeless boxes that will stand the test of time.
